Our Implementation Strategies
Connecting Excellence and Enabling Global Collaboration
The Consortium of Leading International Academies, Networks & Institutions – COLIANI located in the Republic of Mauritius, is a unique international collaborative platform dedicated to advancing global cooperation through Capacity Development across higher education, research, professional training, and industry collaborative engagement.
In an increasingly interconnected world, leading academies, networks, and institutions often operate in SILOS across, between, and within national, regional, institutional, geographic or disciplinary boundaries.
The Consortium COLIANI provides a structured framework that brings together academies, universities, professional bodies, and global networks to collaborate, share expertise, and extend impact across institutions, nations, regions and beyond, through its targeted Capacity Development implementation strategies.
Through trusted ownership and partnership, COLIANI facilitates and empowers the co-development of top-quality academic and professional programs, research initiatives, and training pathways while maintaining ownership through partnership and independence.
Successful Capacity Development models that are developed in one institution, country, and/or region can be expanded and adapted to new international contexts.
Headquartered in Mauritius — a strategic bridge connecting Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Latin America — the Consortium COLIANI acts as a facilitator and promoter of cross-border Capacity Development through academic engagement, knowledge and skills exchange.
We invite forward-looking top-quality academies, networks and institutions to join us in developing a collaborative global education, research, and training ecosystem based on Capacity Development with shared growth and mutual trust through a WIN-WIN implementation strategy.
